Cancellation & Refund Policy

We recognise that schedules change and bad weather can alter maintenance needs. We ask for fair advance notice so we can reassign our technician to another local pool.

Cancellation window

Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours ahead of your booking to cancel without charge. Cancellations submitted later may incur the expense of dedicated pool chemicals or components procured specifically for your job, as detailed in your estimate.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without penalty. We will present the next available technician slot within one business day.

Conditions for receiving a refund

We issue a complete refund if our team cancels, fails to perform the contracted service scope, or delivers pool results that fall short of the written proposal without practical remedy in a reasonable timeframe.

  • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit time, no fee is charged.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or upon technician arrival incur a call-out fee of £45 to cover travel expenses.
  • Prepaid deposits for plant room equipment are fully refundable if the cancellation occurs before parts are custom-ordered from the manufacturer.
  • If work cannot be completed due to lack of plant room access or locked gates on arrival, the basic call-out fee applies.

Submitting a refund request

  1. Notify us by phone or email as soon as you know you need to reschedule or cancel.
  2. Provide your property address, scheduled visit date, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our dispatch coordinator will confirm the cancellation and issue an amended schedule or return any eligible deposit.

Timeline

Approved refunds for deposits or overpayments are returned via direct bank transfer within three working days.
